Everything we did before for the most part is becoming obsolete because of new technology that companies are using to replace workers in a factory setting. I have seen these changes over the years myself and how machinery is been used to replace workers so that the company save on manual labor and plus these changes help increase production. There are a great deal of people out there looking for work but now it's hard for them to find it because of all of the job cutbacks. I read an article just the other stating that people are taking anything now, even jobs they would not have thought to do maybe five years ago. Explain.
