In the present business environment, many firms are growing fast on the multinational level from language adoption to technological advances to financial globalisation. Globalisation has changed the functions and thinking, process of the business in the international market (Mead & Andrews, 2009). There are many factors that have enabled the rise of multinational enterprise at the global level. These are as follow:

Through hiring different resources from different countries, the firms take initiative in the adoption of different language at the workplace. It helps the firm in minimising the language barriers and identifying the preferences of local customers.
