The state I am considering is Minnesota. The manufactured exports are responsible for 114,900 jobs in Minnesota in 2011. Of these 57,100 jobs are in manufacturing whereas 57,800 export related jobs are in marketing and sales, logistics and transportation. The total exports of Minnesota according to 2011 figures are $20.3 billion. Of these Minnesota?s top export markets are Canada with exports of $5.8 billion, China $2.3 billion, and Japan $1.3 billion.
