    Do you believe that customers who are poor credit risks deserve to be charged higher interest rates? If you say yes, are you not taking advantage of customers who can least afford to pay extra for the things that they buy?

    I do not believe that customers who have poor credit should get charged high interest rates. They are doing everything possible to make a payment, or are currently making them, but it seems as if the banks do not care. In fact, I experienced this first hand with Bank of America and many others like them. The only way I could get them paid off was to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau in order to avoid court costs; thankfully this method did work, and will have them paid off this week.
