Mission of this group is to provide quality and cost effective services to the customers within the safe environment and enhance the productivity of the firm by serving innovative vehicle technology to the customers. There are various strengths and weakness of the firm in its internal environment and the company can utilize various opportunities by facing lots of threats in the external environment to achieve its mission and objectives.

Volkswagen Groups has developed various policies and strategies that lead the growth of the firm in positive direction.
