Based upon the spread sheet provided, under the sales tab and the conditional tab, the information is provided relative to the average sale price to listing price in % terms. In addition, the tabs also provide information relative to the actual time to sale --- that is it provides the listing date as well as the sale date. By simply counting these days for each transaction, then totaling this number of days, you can then divide by the total transactions listed on the spread sheet to gain the average listing period for each home.
