    The 40-kg wheel has a radius of gyration about its mass center O of kO = 300 mm. When the wheel is subjected to the couple moment as shown, determine its angular acceleration. The coefficients of static and kinetic friction between the wheel and the ground are Us = 0.2 and Uk = 0.15, respectively.
