You work for a law firm who has recently won a large personal injury case. Opposing counsel has filed for appeal based on alleged factual errors made by the trial court. The supervising paralegal wants to know what the standard of review would be on appeal. Please research the Louisiana Constitution to see whether the authority to review facts and cite to the section(s) of the Constitution.
