    The organization with which I am familiar is one where I work. The firm small agricultural implements and sell them locally as well as exports. The products include shovels, hoes, seed drill, and seed boots.

    Identify the environmental factors that affect global and domestic marketing decisions. Address the following as they relate to the organization's marketing decisions:

    The main environmental factor that affects global and domestic marketing decisions is the yearly rainfall. When there is the right level of rain, there is high demand for agricultural implements and all the production is sold locally. On the other hand if there is either poor rainfall or excessive rainfall the economy is adversely affected and the firm seeks to export most of its production.

    The other factors that affect the business are the technological improvements and automation that has reduced the demand for agricultural implements. The increasing government taxation on production is a burden, and the social acceptance of high technology and automated implements.
