WACC is computed using the following formula:
Weight of common equity x Cost of common equity + Weight of preferred stock x Cost of preferred stock + Weight of debt x before tax cost of debt x (1 - Tax rate)

Since data for the weights of preferred stocks and debt are missing, I assumed they are 23% and 40%, respectively. When computing for your final WACC, just substitute the correct percentages.

QM WACC = 37%x17.6% + 23%x10.8% + 40%x7.2%x(1-35%) = 10.868%
