I am having a problem calculating a pearson Chi-test for variables-high school dropouts and social problems. I need help with the calculating a SPSS Pearson Chi Square test using variables SOCPROB and DROPOUT. I need to understand what the calculations mean. I am new at this (statistics), and I am an older person (55) trying to complete my degree. Please help! Thanks.
