The victim has been taken to the hospital .The suspect was caught running from the scene and attempting to get into his car. A running computer and drugs are visible on the front seat of the car. Upon arriving on the scene, the investigation must enter the suspect management phase, which is necessitated because the identity of the is the offender is already known as he was caught running from the scene. In the suspect management phase, the officers immediately detain the suspect, attempt to interrogate the suspect after reading him his Miranda Rights, and allow the investigators associated with the Forensic Unit to assess the scene and obtain evidence.
