When describing three significant barriers to diversity education and what you feel is the unacceptable effect of these barriers on the educational or organizational setting, I definitively regard societal racism and stereotypical notions as eminent barriers in addition to lack of pre-service and teacher training and education about multiculturalism and realities about privilege issues, cultural assumptions, and other relevant topics.
An effect of this barrier is likely the achievement gap that places minority students at greater risk of lower academic and social performances in schools.
