Provide a scholarly definition of organizational learning:

Organizational learning is "the process through which individual learning becomes embedded in an organization's memory and structure" (Kim, 1993). Kim (1993) also points out that while individuals are responsible for organizational learning; organizational learning is based on a set of shared values. This helps preserve the operations of the organization and sets standards and expectations for individuals to work within. Thoughts and actions become standardized and based on the organization's beliefs.
