There are many different types of public relations.

I do agree with this statement. I believe that public relations marketing affect what we purchase, whether we need a specific product or not. Many times what is perceived as eye catching and popular negatively affects what we purchase. This is especially true for younger individuals. Children at times want the most popular item that they see because a celebrity may be wearing it or because a classmate may have purchased it. This causes a great need of fitting in.
