Wal-Mart has operations in 15 countries outside the USA including Canada, Mexico, El Salvador Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica Puerto Rico, China, Japan, United Kingdom, Chile and India. Carrefour has presence in 30 countries across the world including France, China, Brazil, Indonesia, Poland, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Greece, Romania, Argentina, Colombia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
