The transition plan that will allow me to implement new policies in the field of personnel for a transformation in my E-commerce business.

Objective: My new procedures will require all personnel to use new software, be more responsive to the needs of the customers and to allow the E-commerce business to reduce cost by having a direct link up with the supply chain.
The problem: The E-commerce business should have personnel that are well trained, and are able to adapt themselves to the new technology and policies of the company. What the E-commerce business needs is to move from the current mode of operations to a new mode that will require different skills.

The manner of solving the problem: The current personnel will be assessed for the new positions in the company. There will be three approaches taken, some personnel will be trained and will be required to continue in the functions where they are currently placed.
