I do not believe that customers who have poor credit should get charged high interest rates. They are doing everything possible to make a payment, or are currently making them, but it seems as if the banks do not care. In fact, I experienced this first hand with Bank of America and many others like them. The only way I could get them paid off was to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau in order to avoid court costs; thankfully this method did work, and will have them paid off this week.
