Need to know what statistical test to perform as well as the test actually performed.

If a program is used need scanned copy of printout and if by hand, need explanation. Additionally, I would like a brief explanation about the test and why it was chosen. It is not a homework problem but something I need to test experimental results. If can be preformed in SAS, would like instructions.

The Situation: Patients either have or do not have an indicator and they have good or bad outcome. The test needs to validate the indicator predicts outcome (the two are linked).
I am testing my hypothesis the presence of indicator=+ outcome, absence of indicator=negative

The data is:
46 do not have indicator and bad outcome
14 do not have indicator and good outcome
11 have indicator and bad outcome
27 have indicator and positive outcome
