Ten fish of the same type and approximately the same size were caught and prepared for ice storage. Two of the fish were put in storage immediately after being caught, two were placed in storage 3 hours after being caught, and two each were placed in storage at each of 6, 9, and 12 after being caught. The response variable is a measure of the quality of the fish when removed from storage after 7 days.
