On epistemology - it is the study of what we can know. Discussions in philosophy of mind often begin with this definition, but in the matter of truth vis a vis subjective perspective - there is no "we." There is only "you" or "I"; where your perspective informs your knowledge of the world, my perspective informs my knowledge of the world etc.
Truth in the epistemological sense is simply what one mind believes based on its perception ie. its gathering and processing of external stimuli. While truth in the absolute sense is a priori, truth in the epistemological sense is a posteriori, or necessarily known by experience.
