    X1 = # of atrium arches [in piece]
    x2 = # of window frames [in piece]
    x3 = # of doors [in piece]

    How do I form this constraint?
    There must be no more than 3 times as many window frames as atrium arches.
    There also needs to be between two and three window frames per door.
