Could you please help with the following problem.

Mary was employed by a restaurant as a waitress. She occasionally carried on business as an illegal hawker on her rest days.

On a Sunday morning, she passed a construction site on her way to her parents' home. Suddenly the toolbox felt from the platform and hit Mary. Her head was injured. On her way to the hospital, she had a heart attack. She stayed in a hospital for one month.

Mary's employer, knowing that she was injured, dismissed her by making payment in lieu of one month's notice pursuant to the employment contract.

Would you please advise her whether she can claim the following:
a loss of income as a waitress for one month when she was in the hospital;
b loss of income as a hawker for one month when she was in the hospital;
c loss of earnings as she was dismissed by her employer.
