Research Web Links: Selecting Links with Explanations

Not what you're looking for?

Ask Custom Question

In the Rourke and Boyer text, there are "www" links in the margins for each chapter in the book. I have provided the links from the first three chapters below. Please choose three to follow and answer these questions:

1. Which three links did you select and why?
2. How do each of the three links relate to the material in the text?
3. What did you learn from each link you chose?

Be sure NOT to select the same three links as another student who has already posted.

Tip: A good way to organize your response and to make sure you answer the question fully is to devote at least 1 full paragraph to each of the 3 questions. If you've only written a sentence or two in response to one of the questions, you haven't written enough!

Solution Summary

The solution assists in selecting links and explaining why they were selected.

Solution Preview

The reasons for using links:

The three links that I decided to choose are the links for the official website of United Nations, the link to the schools and the fair labor and the link to the treaty of Westphalia. The reasons for choosing these links are that they take me direct to the information that one is searching for in the website and this shows that they are of good quality. The other reason for choosing the links is that they are online tools that provide the search results (Five reasons for using a link building service, n.d).

How the links relate to the material in the text:

These links relate to the topic because they are the relative authority links. The link to the United Nations ...
