Produce bags. There are some different types of produce bags available on the market that claim to prolong the life of produce. How do these bags work? Do you have any personal experience to share?

Ripe fruit. Some fruit ripens after picking and some do not? Which fruits continue to ripen after harvest and which ones should be vine ripened?
