It is essential for first-line nursing leaders to acquire as much experience, knowledge and skills in organizational cultural competence, especially since a plethora of different challenges, including changing demographic trends face the field of nursing. This increases the desire and demand for awareness and prompt attention to address such challenges in order to facilitate the highest quality of care delivery by nurses.
