One of the first things that I would do to organize user training to best ensure that clinical workers are fully prepared to use a new information system effectively, is to organize this training in a manner in which these individuals can be trained without interfering with their daily productivity and work activities within the organization. In order to accomplish this, I would make it mandatory for individuals to engage in one hour of training after the completion of their normal work day for five consecutive days, or one work week.
