Write a paper describing a community. Note: The community should be one in which at least one of the CLC group members currently resides.

Include the following in your paper:

1. Description of the boundaries of the community you have chosen to assess: the people, the geopolitical or phenomenological features of the location, types of social interactions, common goals and interests, barriers and challenges.

RURAL NEW MEXICO was chosen. I am looking for points and ideas especially with a Functional Health Pattern Assessment.

2. Assessment of the community using the "Functional Health Patterns Community Assessment Guide."

3. A conclusion summarizing your key findings and a discussion of your impressions of the general health of the community.

Create a summary table that documents your findings for each of the functional health patterns. Attach this table to the end of your paper.

Doing a complete community health assessment is a big task, which I'm sure you are aware. I'm not sure how much outside involvement you are allowed to have for this assignment, but looking over you template, it looks like a portion of the information would need to come from a community insider.
