With reference to both articles by Bannerji and Kelly, the authors show how sexual stereotypes and the hypersexualization of women and women of colour strongly mark the harassment of women in both the workplace and on university campuses in various ways. These texts, especially Bannerji's, depict how sexual harassment of women is linked closely to the inseparability of race, class, and gender within Canadian society.
