Identify three scholarly articles (in business leadership - preferably Asian or Japanese leadership) where this specific dependent variable has been used in any form (i.e., as an independent variable, as moderator, or mediator).

Make sure the papers are quantitative, empirical, have hypotheses, and have been published in prestigious journals in the area of business leadership.

(300-500 words each, if possible)
1) Define the DV you are interested in.
2) Explain why you chose these three articles.
3) Draw the model for each of the articles.
4)  Discuss what method was used by the authors to gather data and test their hypothesis.
