Evaluate their contrasting policies, attitudes and practices from an ethical standpoint. 2)In Canada, self-regulating professions such as Law, Medicine, and Engineering, are established by an act of each provincial legislature. Identify the key stakeholders in software development. For each stakeholder evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of requiring that a formal profession certify and license software developers.
