1)	Contrast the policies, attitudes and practices of the Canadian 
Alliance Against Software Theft, and those individuals who believe 
that software should be freely available for the public good. 
Evaluate their contrasting policies, attitudes and practices from 
an ethical standpoint.


2)In Canada, self-regulating professions such as Law, Medicine, 
and Engineering, are established by an act of each provincial 
legislature. Identify the key stakeholders in software development. 
For each stakeholder evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of 
requiring that a formal profession certify and license software 
developers.
