Calculating amount of alkali to change pH

I have a 17,000 gallon tank of water and a weak acid (acetic acid to be specific); the tank has a pH of 4.4.

Using an alkali such as Na2CO3 (sodium carbonate) --- how much Na2CO3 is needed to raise the pH of this 17000 gallon tank from pH 4.4 to pH 4.8?

Please help and help me understand computations.
Thank you

Solution Summary

The calculations required for the amount of calcium carbonate required to raise the pH of a large tank of water are shown.
