Remember, that nothing will change as long as the company continues to do things the same way. The results are weakened without change. And the current patterns of taxation and abuse of the people will continue without good leadership. Leadership without greed and lacking in concern for the people is bound to fail as seen throughout history.

1. What problems does Robin Hood have? What issues need to be addressed?

First he has a PR problem with people who are in place to be investors in his company. The company seems to find illegal methods to gain access to funding for their projects, though the non-profit status should have been enough. At least this is the way it seems to outsiders. Because of this marketing and PR problem, the company is seen as a problem and is the target by local and higher government agencies. The Leader, RH, fully supports the opposing candidate who is currently jailed for political reasons.

Additionally, the funding in the area is drying up because of the limited areas in which the company works. This leads to over use of current benefactors and also has made the company a target of not only government, but also the wealthy elite, for both business and personal reasons.

2. Do Robin Hood and the merry men need a new mission? New objectives? A new strategy?

The mission and the objectives, to help those less fortunate by getting those more fortunate to part with their money along with supporting the opposition candidate are viable for this company. However, the strategies have become difficult to maintain and are well known and tired. A new strategy would give the company an element of surprise and also a fresh way of looking at the funding supply, while also continuing to gain the grassroots support that has helped to this point. Recognizing the power of the grassroots support is a key in moving forward.
