Public relations Campaign- Ethical considerations

I have created a public relations campaign for a virtual organization. The company manufactures injection molded plastics for a variety of products. The company is moving one of it's manufacturing facilities from the United States to Mexico to maximize labor cost reduction.
I have successfully completed every portion except ethics. Can you please help to explain in great detail what are the ethical considerations in this decision? This would need to be included in my campaign.

One of the major ethical consideration in moving the manufacturing facilities from US to Mexico is the loss of jobs for the workers in US. As more and more companies are moving their manufacturing and other operations offshore in countries like Mexico, China and India for achieving signficant comparative advantages, especially in terms of costs, there has been increasing concern among the employees and workers in the United States with respect to fear of losing jobs to their foreign counterparts. The practice of reducing the headcount in US and shifting the jobs to offshore location has become a big ethical dilemma for companies because it is unfair on their part to lay off their loyal employees for reducing costs.
