1. Reactive Management

Reactive management wants everything to be the way it once was to reach goals. They are not only unhappy with the way things are going but also how things are currently. As a result, the organization is typically run by the chief executive in a dictatorial (I say, you do) fashion. Problem resolution is the main process used to solve issues. In problem resolution, when a problem occurs it is handled by finding the initial cause and removing it. Sometimes this proves to be useful and sometimes it causes more harm than good. Some examples of industries that typically use a reactive management system include mining and railroads.
