1. Consider your present or recent organizational leaders and the culture of the organization. Which perspective(s),(competency, behavioral, contingency, transformational, or implicit) would you say were most applied when it came to influencing those within the organization? What about the culture of the organization made this an effective way in which to influence?
2. Do you think that there are certain perspective of leadership that require a certain behavior? Take for instance, hypothetically, a ranking official in the army has to make important decisions. Do you think it would benefit them in that position to have more of a task oriented mind set instead of people oriented behavior? Could some leadership behaviors be more better than others ?
