My original thought still holds true to what I was thinking previously with developing countrries and those that are excellent targets for expanding a business. This is because they are in high demand because of how much that part of the world utilizes cheap labor to their advantage through the exploitation of their workers. If my company were corrupt, I would go there, but a person has to know the target market well enough before entering in order to do business development in society today.
