One very important type of employment arrangement is the on-call worker's employment arrangement. This is a very important type of employment arrangement that is highly beneficial to employers, due to the fact that in this employment arrangement certain workers only utilized when the unneeded, and are contacted by the employer when the services are needed, and are placed back on call status once the services are no longer necessary for that given time. The independent contractor employment arrangement is an employment arrangement that differs from the other employment arrangements, due to the fact that this employment arrangement involves a situation in which the individual, group, organization, that is paying for the given services controls the outcome or result of work that is performed by the independent contractor, and the payer does not control how the independent contractor will complete the work. The employment arrangement of workers provided by contract staff provider firms differs from the other types of employment arrangements, due to the fact that this employment arrangement consists of a contract agreement between an employer and the contract staff provider firm, in which the firm supplies qualified workers that are needed by these employers for a set fee that is stipulated within the contractual agreement between the firm and the employer. These workers are initially employees of the contract firms, until he hired permanently by the employers, and it is only then that a full employee employer relationship exists between these workers and the employer.
