The problem is contained in the attachment. What we are trying to do here is conduct research for a CEO, who sees that he has problems within his organization regarding complying with the EEO and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The CEO is not so much interested in compliance as he is in ascertain where or not their is bias within the organization. There are several lists that document the employees gender, race, length of employment and the like.

What I need:

1). I know regression analysis works for this problem. The problem I am having is how to conduct on this information.

2). We use StatTools software that came with the text. A free trial can be found at: http://www.palisade-europe.com/trials.asp.

3). How do I apply a histogram to this problem?

4). What other suggestions do you have for tools that can be used given the data we have?
