The Tata Group competes in seven industry groups, including steel, cars, and telecommunications, software consulting, hotels, and consumer goods. It based in India and does business in 11 countries.
This is an example of a company that "practice what it preaches" regarding its core values. Key to this is the commitment of Tata's CEO to define and actively practice its core values.

Core Values Overview
Developing core values starts with a comprehensive vision that consists of a core ideology and an envisioned future. Core ideology, is the yin, and defines core values and what the organization stands for. Yin does not change and complements Yang, the envisioned future. The envisioned future is what the organization wants to become and what changes will be required to reach its future.

Core ideology forges the corporate culture, its character and determines the unchanging values that drive employee behavior.
