They are focused on needs and requirements of their target segment which has made them one of the most successful online matchmaking companies. Their performance is good and they are achieving continuous success in highly competitive marketplace. It had targeted wide range of TV and radio programs which is playing an important role in organization's performance. eHarmony had put its focus on serious relationship which was a contributing factor to the company's success.
