A. Describe what you feel makes an ideal leader.
An ideal leaders should be a person who can influence a multitude of men for a just cause. The ideal leader must be attractive yet effective, must be principled yet powerful, must have faith in God and yet be result oriented. The ideal leader must be calm in the face of provocation, he must be composed and still think of the good of the multitudes.
An ideal leader should be a person who leads by example, one who puts the interest of others above that of his own. He will lead through love and not through violence. An ideal leader shall have the confidence of truth, provide excellent guidance and will be knowledgeable.
An ideal leader will be one who will have many followers. His ardent followers will be his disciples. They will respect him for his self sacrifice, knowledge and love.
