Prokaryotes vs Eurkaryotes, sims. and differences

I need help crafting a short story about the differences between prokaryotes and eukaryotes: At least 2 differences. I need the differences in a story form (about a paragraph or two) to read to children that are 12 years old so they can clearly understand. Maybe with characters or something?
