Question: Activities of the following enzymes - protease, amylase, and lipase.

I want detail on the activities of these enzymes in relation to food microbiology. I am not too sure how to approach this question.

In general, proteases, lipases, and amylases are proteins that are very important for digestion. Proteases are enzymes that break bonds between individual amino acids, thus breaking down proteins.
