There are two types of truth: 1) empirical truths, and 2) rational truths.
Empirical truths are based on suppositions that can be proven objectively. For example: IF a person accepts this item as "one," and this person uses the base-10 mathematical system, THEN 1 + 1 = 2. Or, IF one accepts the color spectrum of the rainbow (ROYGBIV), THEN one who has full color-spectrum vision can accept that the color of X object is green. These can be objectively determined based on acceptance of suppositions; therefore, this type of truth is NOT relative.
