The personal example that I will use is my military career. I served in the United States Army from 1980 through 2004. During this time I changed from training to fight in a cold war to learning how to fight in the desert. The versatility that had to be encompassed was learning how to fight in the desert and the special techniques that had to be learned to survive during desert warfare.
