The strategic marketing issue being addressed is the use of hotel service environment in Hilton hotels to differentiate it and increase the occupancy rate of its hotels.
2) Your answer or response to the issue.
My answer to the issue is that Hilton should study current services, definine the targeted standards of service, train its staff to provide superior and well-coordinated customer service, and closer supervision. In addition, the services can be clustered to provide greater coordination and closer supervision.
3) A brief explanation of how you will provide proof to substantiate your answer or response
The proof of improved service will be that there will be excellent customer feedback, positive word of mouth publicity about the Hotel and within a period of four months there will be an improved occupancy rate and higher revenue.
