PDCA - Quality Tool

There are many processes that can be used to ensure quality and that your project is meeting the needs. One process used to be called FOCUS-PDCA. This was the first quality tool I ever used in one of the facilities where I worked. It was difficult to learn at first, but then once I got it, I enjoyed it. Other newer models have come out now.
