Operations management - nine competitive priorities

I need help finding examples for each of the nine competitive dimensions (priorities). It would help me if you list specific companies within 2-3 different industries as examples to illustrate the difference between dimensions. For example, Econolodge Motel falls under Low-Cost Operations and the Ritz-Carlton under Top Quality. Please briefly state why it falls under that category.

(I only need one example per dimension).

The nine competitive dimensions:

Cost:
1-Low cost operations
Quality:
2-Top quality
3-Consistent quality
Time:
4-Delivery speed
5-On time delivery
6-Development speed
Flexibility:
7-Customization
8-Variety
9-Volume flexibility
